The Palm Resort

The Palm Resort is a residential project on construction, developed on a lot of approximately 4500 m2 at the Zuurzaak sector of the Caracas Bay route. This privileged location allows fast and easy access to restaurants, stores, supermarkets, etc, and only five minutes to arrive to Janthiel Beach, one of the most  beautiful of Curacao.

The project has three main buildings, each one with 4 apartments of ca. 140 m2, two in the ground floor and two in upper level. Each apartment has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a kitchen, living and dining room, terrace in the main room and two parking spots.

The units on the ground floor have a small garden and an extra deck area of 37 m2. The units in the upper level have a deck area of 23 m2. The resort has a perimetric wall, automatic access doors, exuberant landscaping, a swimming pool, kid's place and an area for BBQ.
