CARIBBEAN BEACH RESORT is a Touristic & Residencial complex actually under construction in it’s first phase “1”. The land extension is about seven thousand five hundred square meters (7500 M2) in the Parasasa area, Curacao, just a few distance from Marriot, Floris, and Hilton’s Hotels; also very closet of the Curacao’s World Trade Center and other important developments in the Piscadera Area.

It’s conformed by twenty two units “Town House” style with an approximate built area of 75 square meters, they all have one (1) Master Room,
